Happiness is not a place. It is an attitude, wherever you go, wherever you are. It is to make that moment a space of physical and mental balance. How long has it been since you gently and leisurely exfoliated your body? Maybe it's time for a sunbath on the roof, or in your cousin Maria's pool.
