We inform you that Emocosmética is a marketing company aimed at the retail sale of cosmetic products, which organizes its commercial action under the terms and conditions detailed below.
OBJECT
The purpose of these General Legal Conditions is to regulate the purchase relations of the products and services offered by Emocosmética through its website: http://www.emocosmetica.com/ setting the contractual framework to which the relationships between the retail clients of Emocosmética will be accommodated in the scope of the products or services offered by it.
Therefore, placing an order for products or services offered on the Emocosmética website implies full acceptance of these General Legal Conditions by the Buyer.
MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF CONDITIONS
Emocosmética reserves the right to modify or cancel these conditions or any policy or procedure. These changes will come into effect after the appearance or publication by any means of any notice of change or cancellation or by the mere publication of its revised edition on the Emocosmética Internet portal. The General Legal Conditions applicable to the order will be those that the Buyer had accepted at the time of placing the order.

RATES
The prices of the products offered on the Emocosmética website will be indicated in EUROS. These sales prices include the taxes in force applicable at the time of placing the order by the Buyer, specifically the Value Added Tax (VAT).
Shipping costs are not included in the sale price of the Emocosmética website. Shipping costs will be invoiced in addition to the price of the products selected by the Buyer and will be indicated during the purchase process.
Emocosmética reserves the right to modify the sale price of the products and shipping costs at any time. These prices will be applicable after communicating them to the Buyer during the purchase process.
WAY TO PAY
Products and services on the Emocosmética website can be paid for through the systems enabled on the website. The choice of the means of payment will be made during the purchase process.
The client is responsible for notifying Emocosmética of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by e-mail to or by phone at +34.900.649.134, in the shortest possible time so that Emocosmética can take the appropriate steps.
As anti-fraud measures, providers or issuers of payment means may adopt measures that lead to the rejection of certain types of operations, in which case Emocosmética is not responsible for said application of security policies.
AVAILABILITY
Emocosmética makes available to the customer only products in stock, so that the product can be made available to the customer in the time described as the delivery period. However, the synchronization of the web with the warehouses is not instantaneous. Likewise, during the period of time between the registration of an order by the client and the confirmation and processing of payment by Emocosmética, some product could be exhausted. Therefore, there could be the possibility of not being able to serve an order due to lack of stock.
If this is the case, Emocosmética will contact the customer to notify them, within a maximum period of 2 business days from the order to replace the product with another, cancellation or refund.
APPRAISALS
Once the order is received at your home address, you will receive an email inviting you to rate your shopping experience. Emocosmética uses Customer Review (CR) services to collect customer reviews and these are published on both the Emocosmética (emocosmetica.com) and CR (https://www.cusrev.com/es) websites.
CR is an independent product review service, offering a voluntary scheme to verify customer feedback. CR acts as an independent third party inviting all verified buyers to comment on their experiences with products and services provided by Emocosmetica.
