RETURNS

Due to the natural nature of the products, the customer ensures that they have the necessary means to keep the products in a dry space and maintain a stable temperature of 25 degrees. After 7 days from the delivery of the products, the Buyer is solely responsible for their condition and conservation.
In the case of the return of products, when it is possible because it is legally or contractually foreseen, Emocosmética will demand that the merchandise be in its original state, packed in its original box or packaging, with all its manuals and accessories.
Returns will be made to the address specified by the Customer Service. Goods that do not meet the requirements established in these conditions for their return will be rejected or returned.
The case of reimbursement of the price, when appropriate, will be made in the same way in which the payment was made; the refund will not include shipping costs.

To exercise this right, you must communicate it in writing to the email [email protected] indicating your order number, the and reference of the products to be returned and follow the instructions received by our customer service. Once the perfect condition of the merchandise has been analyzed, we will pay you the amount of the product within a maximum period of 30 days.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If the cancellation of an order arrives at Emocosmética before the merchandise leaves, the applicant for the merchandise will have no expenses. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been issued, the customer will bear the shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.
