El Beldi Moroccan Exfoliating Soap It is a 100% natural product, based on olive oil and green and black olives, whose texture is similar to butter. It is not exactly a soap, as we understand it in the West, but its properties are much more intense and healthy than those we know.

The function of this soap is to prepare the skin for the "gommage" - the swelling of dead epidermis cells - which facilitates a better and deeper exfoliation of the skin, in a natural way. The action of the gommage reactivates blood and lymphatic circulation, leaving the skin soft and clean of any impurity and toxin, as well as very receptive for a massage that hydrates, nourishes and perfumes it.

The word Beldi, literally means "from the country" and its traditional manufacture is achieved using totally natural ingredients, which are marinated with salt and vegetable potash, using the ancient art of cold saponification. The potash used is obtained by macerating vegetable ash in water. This macerate is boiled, and after evaporation a white substance remains, which is vegetable potash.
